Membership policy:

In worldwide employers’ organizations running voluntary membership activities through concluding private sector’s owner in their circle. It is optional issue that to be member in an Employers’ Federation. It is a voluntary issue for employers’ to become a member of employers’ federation and we are providing for our members, supporters and regarding to private sector demanded services.

From this point of view, Mongolian Employers’ Federation is conducting a survey on members’ demand, interest in order to enhance our service field and we are closely cooperating with government organization as well as with international organization regarding to our members needs.

In terms of private sector representative organization, we are collaborating with all level of social groups to ensure stability.
